For CaixaBank, I led the design and optimization of landing pages and CRM communication materials, including newsletters, app notifications, and pop-up banners. The project aimed to improve key performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR) and open rates, by modernizing and clarifying content to create a softer, more user-friendly experience.
As the designer responsible for the project, I crafted and refined visuals in alignment with CaixaBank's Design System using Figma. I also proposed innovative features to enhance communication performance and engagement. To build a stronger connection with the target audience, I updated imagery to reflect modern aesthetics and cultural relevance.
